The Iowa Section of ITE is thrilled to announce that the Annual Fall Conference and Business Meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025. ISITE invites you to join us in Ames, Iowa, at the Gateway Hotel & Conference Center.

- One day of Informational and Technicial Sessions

Please CLICK HERE to register by October 24 and save $10. The rate for the early bird registration is $60 for ITE members and $85 for non-members. After October 24, rates will be $70 for ITE members and $95 for non-members. Student registration is FREE.

Join us Wednesday evening, November 5, for our social event at the Gateway Hotel Iowa Stater Restaurant for drinks and appetizers following the Iowa DOT Traffic & Safety Forum. Event will start around 4:30 PM and end around 7 PM.

For out-of-town attendees, there is a room block at the Gateway Hotel & Conference Center for the night of Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Company Sponsorships
There is an opportunity for your company to sponsor the ITE Iowa Section for both this meeting and yearly (through October 2026). This sponsorship allows companies to show their support for ISITE through a monetary donation, which will be used to offset meeting costs at the annual conference and the monthly meetings and events throughout the year. In return, ISITE will recognize your company in various media and during meeting events to maximize visibility of your company to ISITE members. Scholarship Donations
The ITE Iowa Section’s Student Scholarship Fund, launched last year, has been a great success—and we’re excited to continue funding it in 2025. When supporting the section through company sponsorship, please consider adding a contribution to the scholarship fund.
