The Iowa Section of ITE is excited to expand the Annual Fall Conference and Business Meeting to a full day on Thursday, November 7, 2024. ISITE invites you to join us in Ames, Iowa at the Radisson Hotel Ames Conference Center at ISU.

Meeting Registration

Registration includes:

  • One day of Informational and Technicial Sessions
  • ITE International Safety Road Map
  • Breakfast, Break Snacks, and Lunch
  • Social Event on Wednesday evening
  • Networking Opportunities
  • 5 hours of PDHs

Please CLICK HERE to register by October 25 and save $10. The rate for the early bird registration is $60 for ITE members and $85 for non-members. After October 25, rates will be $70 for ITE members and $95 for non-members. Student registration is FREE.

Join us Wednesday evening, November 6, for our social event at the Gateway Hotel Iowa Stater Restaurant for drinks and appetizers following the Iowa DOT Traffic & Safety Forum. Event will start around 4:30 PM and end around 7 PM.

Hotel Information

For out-of-town attendees, there is a room block at the Radisson Hotel Ames Conference Center at ISU for the night of Wednesday, November 6, 2024. The room block is available on October 7 until October 25 at a rate of $109/night using the event name “ITE Iowa Section”. Company Sponsorships

There is an opportunity for your company to sponsor the ITE Iowa Section for both this meeting and yearly (through October 2025). This sponsorship allows companies to show their support for ISITE through a monetary donation, which will be used to offset meeting costs at the annual conference and the monthly meetings and events throughout the year. In return, ISITE will recognize your company in various media and during meeting events to maximize visibility of your company to ISITE members. Along with your company sponsorship, two complimentary Annual Meeting registrations are included; a coupon code will be provided. Scholarship Donations

Last year was the inaugural year of ITE Iowa Section’s establishment of a student scholarship fund. Please consider a donation to the scholarship fund when supporting the section through company sponsorship.
